The MIC39102YM is a 1A low-voltage low-Dropout Regulator provides low-voltage, high-current output. Utilizing Micrel's proprietary Super βeta PNP® pass element, the regulator offers extremely low dropout (typically 410mV at 1A) and low ground current.
