- Synchronous monolithic step-down switched mode converter in 6 pin QFN package
- Low quiscent current of 11μA
- Constant-on-time control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization
- EN for power sequencing
- 120mohm and 80mohm internal power MOSFET switches
- Output discharge, 100% duty cycle
- Fault protections include cycle by cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown
- Short circuit protection with hiccup mode
- Stable with low ESR output ceramic capacitors
