Product Overview
74AHC1G04GV,125 is a single inverter. This device inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translators in mixed voltage environments. The AHC device has CMOS input switching levels and supply voltage range 2V to 5.5V. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V, high noise immunity
- CMOS low power dissipation, latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level A
- Symmetrical output impedance, balanced propagation delays
- CMOS input level, input leakage current is 2μA maximum at (VI = 5.5V or GND; VCC = 0V to 5.5V)
- Supply current is 40μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A; VCC = 5.5V)
- Input capacitance is 10pF maximum (VI = VCC or GND, -40°C to +125°C)
- Propagation delay is 11ns maximum at (VCC = 3.0V to 3.6V; CL = 15pF)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
