Product Overview
74HC2G34GW,125 is a dual buffer. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. It complies with JEDEC standards (JESD8C (2.7V to 3.6V), JESD7A (2V to 6V). It features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114-D exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 2V to 6V
- High noise immunity, CMOS low power dissipation
- Balanced propagation delays, unlimited input rise and fall times
- CMOS input level, latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- Input leakage current is ±0.1μA maximum at (VI=GND or VCC;VCC = 6V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Supply current is 1μA maximum at (VI=GND or VCC;IO = 0A;VCC = 6V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 1.5pF typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Propagation delay is 29ns typical at (VCC = 2V;CL = 50pF, Tamb = 25°C)
