Product Overview
74HCT1G125GV,125 is a single buffer/line driver with 3-state output. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. It provides one non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state output. The 3-state output is controlled by the output enable input (pin active-low OE). A HIGH level at pin active-low OE causes the output to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. It complies with JEDEC standards (JESD8C (2.7 V to 3.6 V), JESD7A (2.0 V to 6.0 V). It features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V).
