Product Overview
The NUP1301 is an ultra-low capacitance ESD Protection Device Array designed to protect one signal line in rail-to-rail configuration from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. It is suitable for microcontroller protection, I²C-bus protection, antenna power supply and Class-D amplifiers.
- ESD protection of one signal line (rail-to-rail configuration)
- 0.6pF Ultra low diode capacitance (Cd)
- ≤30nA Very low reverse leakage current
- ESD protection up to 30kV
- IEC 61000-4-2 and level 4 (ESD)
