Product Overview
The PESD5V0X1BL,315 is an ultra low capacitance bidirectional ESD Protection Diode designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. The device may be used on lines where the signal polarities are both, positive and negative with respect to ground. It is suitable for USB interfaces, antenna protection, high-speed data lines and Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card protection.

- 0.9pF Ultra low diode capacitance
- 1nA Very low leakage current
- ESD protection up to 9kV
- 5V Reverse standoff voltage
