M53015EVB

The M53015 Evaluation Board is based on the V3 ColdeFire Core. This includes the MCF53015CMJ240J 256 pin map BGA populated to allow for the evaluation of the full functionality of this part. The M53015EVB contains two FlexBus memory sections. These two non-consecutive sections are arranged so that the user can easily configure one to support glueless external memories like Flash or SRAM and configure the other to use as space for unique chip-selects for non-cacheable, non-memory devices like GPIO, control structures or other I/Os.
