The MCHC11F1CFNE4 is a 8-bit high-performance Microcontroller Unit with a non-multiplexed expanded bus, is characterized by high speed and low power consumption. The fully static design allows operation at frequencies from 4MHz to DC. The microcontroller unit features 512 bytes electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), 1024 bytes RAM, data retained during standby and enhanced asynchronous Non-return to Zero (NRZ) serial communications interface (SCI).
