                      Product Overview

                      The TJA1052IT/5Y is a high-speed CAN Transceiver IC, provides a galvanically isolated interface between a controller area network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. The TJA1052IT/5Y is specifically targeted at electric vehicles (EV) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), where galvanic isolation barriers are needed between the high- and low-voltage parts.

                      • Flawless Cooperation Between Isolator and Transceiver
                      • Fewer Components Improves Reliability in Applications
                      • Guaranteed Performance (Example: Maximum Loop Delay <lt/>220ns)
                      • Electrical Transient Immunity of 45kV/μs (Typical)
                      • AEC-Q100 Qualified
                      • Suitable for use in 12 and 24V Systems, Compatible with 3 to 5V Microcontrollers
                      • Bus Common Mode Voltage (Vcm) = ±25V
