Product Overview
The TWR-K21F120M is a tower system module for MK21FN1M0VMC12 microcontroller. The MK21FN1M0VMC12 is low power ARM Cortex- M4 based MCUs while keeping full software, hardware and development tool compatibility. These MCUs are further optimized for cost sensitive applications requiring low power, with floating point unit, USB connectivity and processing efficiency with optional tamper detection and enhanced security features. This tower system module is for the Kinetis K21 and K22 120MHz 32bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCUs with floating point unit. The module provides rapid prototyping for applications requiring high feature integration, as low as 240uA/MHz low power consumption and mid/high flash memory density (up to 1MB) that need to support multiple communication stacks. When installed into a tower system, the TWR-K21F120M can be powered from either an onboard source or from another source in the assembled tower system.
