Product Overview
The TWR-S08UNIV provides a NXP Tower System development solution for pre-existing S08 and RS08 devices. The TWR-S08UNIV brings access to the growing Tower ecosystem to a set of MCUs previously supported only by traditional demo boards.
- Tower system module is usable in either stand-alone mode or connected to a Tower System
- Swappable MCU daughter cards that can be plugged into the main module
- Unique ID associated with the MCU on the daughter card allowing automatic identification
- Each 5V MCU daughter card with option to select between 3V and 5V setting
- All daughter cards, regardless of the 3V/5V switch, control the system voltage on the module board
- Sample code for the TPM, A/D, internal clock set up
- Sample code for different serial protocols, I2C, SPI, UART and sensor TWRPI initialization
