The MMSZ5244B is a half watt general purpose medium current surface mount Zener Diode in the SOD-123 package provides high power and current handling capability. The SOD-123 package has the same footprint as the glass MiniMELF (LL-34) package and provides a convenient alternative to the leadless package. This product is general usage and suitable for many different applications.
- Compact surface mount with same footprint as MiniMELF
- 500mW Rating on FR-4 or FR-5 board
- Low gate charge (typical 5nC)
