The NRVTS260ESFT1G is a very-low forward voltage trench-based Schottky Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. It is suitable for use in switching power supplies including compact adapters and flat panel display, high frequency and DC-DC converters, free-wheeling, or-ing diodes and reverse battery protection.
