The 1614A-2 is a Spade Lug to Insulated Banana Jack for use with binding posts. It comes with nylon insulator and a nickel-plated copper spade. It has a shrouded jack for use with any shrouded DMM plug. It is compatible with any Pomona banana plug or equivalent.
