The CD431290C is a 90A POW-R-BLOK™ dual SCR Isolated Module designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging. The module is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink.

- Electrically isolated heat sinking
- Compression bonded for increased power cycling capability
