Product Overview
The SO63-2-55-22-5 is a Solder Sleeve Shield Terminator. The terminal body is made of polyvinylidene fluoride. This terminator covers the installation procedure and inspection requirements for terminating cable shields to ground leads using Tyco electronics solder sleeve shield terminators. The heater must be equipped with the recommended reflector to concentrate the heat and protect surrounding materials from damage.

TE Quality Alert (26-004): Supplier found its RA2 flux was misclassified as ROL1 since 2020. Independent testing confirmed it is ROM1. Products using RA2 flux don’t meet ROL1 requirements but remain compliant where ROM1 is acceptable.
