Product Overview
9FG108EFILFT is a synthesizer that provides 8 differential output pairs that are compliant with the Intel CK410 specification. It also provides support for PCI-Express, next-generation I/O, and SATA. The part synthesizes several output frequencies from either a 14.31818MHz crystal or a 25MHz crystal. This device can also be driven by a reference input clock instead of a crystal. It provides outputs with cycle-to-cycle jitter of less than 50 ps and output-to-output skew of less than 65ps.
- 16-/32-bit instructions for reduced code size
- Supports serial-ATA at 100MHz, 53% typ duty cycle
- Two spread spectrum modes: -0.5% down spread and +/-0.25% center spread; lower EMI
- 31.5KHz spread modulation rate; passes USB3 compliance testing
- Unused outputs may be disabled in either driven or Hi-Z state for power management
- Output to output skew is 65ps typ at (TA = industrial, VT=50%)
- Operating supply current is 152mA typ at (CL=full load; fout = 100MHz)
- Input rise and fall times is 5ns typ at (20% to 80% of VDD)
- Temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 48-pin SSOP package
