                      Product Overview

                      The 2N2323 is a Reverse Blocking Thyristor/Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for medium power switching and control applications. The C5 series features two ranges of gate sensitivity and high external gate-cathode shunting resistance. It is a four-layer, unidirectional solid state current controlling device used where high power control is demanded. This product’s precise functionality makes it suitable for practical uses that range from lamp dimming regulators to controlling welding machines.
