Product Overview
The BTA24-800CWRG is a 35A insulated Snubberless™ TRIAC suitable for general purpose mains power AC switching. The Snubberless version is especially recommended for use on inductive loads, due to their high commutation performances. The BTA series provides an insulated tab (rated at 2500Vrms). It can be used as an ON/OFF or phase angle function in various applications.

- Low thermal resistance with clip bonding
