Product Overview
L4931CDT50-TR is a very low drop voltage regulator with inhibit. The very low drop voltage (0.4V) and the very low quiescent current make it particularly suitable for low noise, low power applications and especially in battery-powered systems. When the device is used as a local regulator, a part of the board can be put in standby mode, decreasing the total power consumption. It requires only a 2.2µF capacitor for stability allowing space and cost savings.
- Very low dropout voltage (0.4V)
- Very low quiescent current
- Logic-controlled electronic shutdown
- Internal current and thermal limit, statistical tests: PAT, SYL, SBL are performed
- Only 2.2µF for stability
- Temperature range from -40 to 125°C
- Operating input voltage is 20V maximum (IO = 250mA)
- Supply voltage rejection is 73dB typ (f = 120Hz, IO = 5mA, VI = 5.2 ±1V)
- Output noise voltage is 50µV typ (B = 10Hz to 100KHz)
- DPAK package, 5V output voltage
