Product Overview
The STTH5L06 is a Turbo 2 ultrafast High Voltage Rectifier features low reverse recovery current, reduces switching losses and low thermal resistance. It is developed using St's Turbo 2 600V technology. It is well-suited as a boost diode, especially for use in continuous mode power factor corrections and hard switching conditions.
