Product Overview
The T3035H-6T is a 3-pin Snubberless High-temperature TRIAC provides very high dynamic performance and enhanced performance in terms of power loss and thermal dissipation. This allows optimizing the heat sink size, leading to space and cost effectiveness when compared to electro mechanical solutions. The TRIAC provides voltage insulated tab by using an internal ceramic pad.
