Product Overview
TL082CPT is a general purpose JFET dual operation amplifier. It incorporates well-matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This device features high slew rates, low input bias and offset current, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
- Wide common-mode (upto VCC+) and differential voltage range
- Low input bias and offset current, output short-circuit protection
- High input impedance JFET input stage, internal frequency compensation
- Latch up free operation, high slew rate is 16V/µs typical
- Supply voltage range from 6V to 36V
- Input offset voltage drift is 3µV/°C typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 200V/mV typical at (RL = 2Kohm, Vo = ±10V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Supply voltage rejection ratio is 86dB typical at (RS = 50 ohm, Tamb = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 4MHz typical at (Tamb = 25°C, Vin = 10mV, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, TSSOP8 package
