                      Product Overview

                      TSZ122IQ2T is a dual channel, high precision operational amplifier. It offers very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. It offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 400KHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40µA at 5V. This device also feature an ultra-low input bias current. This feature makes the device ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications and portable applications. It is also used in applications such as battery-powered applications, portable devices, signal conditioning, medical instrumentation.

                      • Rail-to-rail input and output, low supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
                      • High tolerance to ESD: 4kV HBM, input offset voltage is 1μV typical at (T = 25°C)
                      • Input offset voltage drift is 10nV/°C typical at (40°C <lt/> T <lt/> 125°C)
                      • Large signal voltage gain is 135dB typical at (Vout = 0.5V to (VCC - 0.5V)
                      • Supply current (per amplifier) is 28μA typical at (T = 25°C)
                      • Unity gain frequency is 300KHz typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, T = 25°C)
                      • Slew rate is 0.17V/μs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, T = 25°C)
                      • Equivalent input noise voltage is 60nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1KHz, T = 25°C)
