                      Product Overview

                      ULN2002D1013TR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array containing seven open collectors Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel is rated at 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 60mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout. This versatile device is useful for driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relay DC motors, LED display filament lamps, thermal printheads, and high-power buffers.

                      • Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads, outputs can be paralleled for higher current
                      • Input pins placed opposite to output pins to simplify layout, TTL/CMOS/PMOS/DTL compatible inputs
                      • Input current is 0.82mA typical at (VI = 17V, TA = 25°C)
                      • Input capacitance is 5pF typical at (TA = 25°C)
                      • Turn-on delay time is 1µs maximum at (0.5VI to 0.5VO, TA = 25°C)
                      • Turn-off delay time is 1µs maximum at (0.5VI to 0.5VO, TA = 25°C)
                      • Clamp diode leakage current is 50µA maximum at (VR = 50V, TA = 25°C)
                      • Collector-emitter saturation voltage is 0.9V typical at (IC = 100mA, IB = 250µA)
                      • Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
                      • SO-16 package
