Product Overview
NTCG103JF103FT1 is a NTCG series commercial grade multilayer internal electrode chip type NTC thermistor (temperature protection device). It is manufactured from sintered metal oxides. Each thermistor consists of a combination of two to four of the following materials: Mn, Ni, Co, and Cu. NTC thermistor is semiconductor resistor that exhibit decreasing resistance with increasing temperature. It has low thermal time constants which result in extremely high rates of resistance change to accurately track the temperature.
