Product Overview
74HC4052D(BJ) is a dual 4-channel analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer. It is fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The digital signal to the control terminal turns "ON" the corresponding switch of each channel a large amplitude signal (VCC - VEE) can then be switched by the small logical amplitude (VCC - GND) control signal.
- Low power dissipation is 4.0µA maximum at (VCC = 6V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Low ON-resistance is 50 ohm typical at (VCC - VEE = 9V)
- Vcc supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- ON-resistance is 180 ohm typical at (Ta = 25°C)
- Input/output leakage current is ±0.06µA maximum at (Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 4µA maximum at (Ta = 25°C)
- Control input capacitance is 5pF typical at (Ta = 25°C)
- Sine wave distortion is 0.025% typical at (RL = 10kohm, CL = 50pF, fIN = 1kHz)
- 120MHz maximum frequency response at (Ta = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SOIC16 package
