Product Overview
TC7S66FU,LF(T is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-speed C²MOS bilateral switch fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It consists of a high-speed switch capable of controlling either digital or analogue signals while maintaining the C²MOS low power dissipation. Control input (C) is provided to control the switch. The switch turns ON while the C input is high, and the switch turns OFF while low. Input is equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.

- Low power dissipation ICC is 1μA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- High noise immunity is VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min)
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 12V
- ON resistance is 100 ohm typ at (VIN = VIHCVI/O = VCC or GNDII/O ≤ 1mA, 9V VCC, Ta = 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.05% typ at (fIN = 1kHz, VIN = 4Vp-p (VCC = 4.5V)
- Quiescent device current is 8μA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 12.0V VCC Ta = 25°C)
- Maximum control input frequency is 30MHz typ at (12C VCC RL = 1kohm, CL = 15pF VOUT = 1/2VCC)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
