Product Overview
The OP124 is a 935nm high intensity gallium arsenide (GaAs) Infrared Emitting Diode mounted in a miniature hermetically sealed "pill" package with an enhanced temperature range and a high power output. This device is designed for direct mounting to PC boards. It is mechanically and spectrally matched to other OPTEK devices. It is suitable for use in non-contact reflective object sensor, assembly line automation, machine automation, machine safety, end of travel sensor and door sensor.
