Product Overview
The OP955 is a 2-pin PIN Silicon Photodiode which allows spectral response from visible to infrared wavelengths. The wide receiving angle provides relatively even reception over a large area. The lensing effect allows an acceptance half angle of 45° measured from the optical axis to the half power point. This device is 100% production tested using infrared light for close correlation with GaAs and GaAlAs emitters. It features 935nm peak wavelength and 260°C for 5 seconds lead soldering temperature from case.
