Product Overview
OPB901W55Z is an OPB900 “wide gap” series Photologic ® slotted optical switch provides optimum flexibility for the design engineer. Building from a standard housing with a 0.375” (9.5mm) wide slot, a user can specify the type and polarity of the TTL output and the type of shell material. Application includes mechanical switch replacement, speed indication (tachometer), mechanical limit indication, edge sensing, object sensing.
- Dust protection with apertures, open collector
- 1.27mm wire termination (UL rated wire)
- 300mW total device power dissipation (derate linearly 6.66mW/°C above 25°C)
- Operating D.C. supply voltage range from 4.75 to 5.25V (TA = -40 to + 70°C)
- 1.7V max forward voltage (IF = 20mA, TA = 25°C), 100µA max reverse current (VR = 2V, TA = 25°C)
- 20mA max LED positive-going threshold current (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- 2 typ hysteresis (VCC = 5V, TA = -40 to + 70°C)
- 70ns output rise time, output fall time (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- 5µs typ propagation delay low-high and high-low (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 70°C
