The 6300T7 from Visual Communications Company is a 6300T series 3mm (T-1) single level surface mount right angled circuit board indicator. This yellow colour diffused lens is made of AlGaInP on GaAs substrate, the 6300T series is suitable for automated environments and production with lead-free reflow solder.
- 0.112” (2.85mm) LED bulb size, 50° viewing angle
- Peak wavelength is 590nm, dominant wavelength is 588nm & luminous intensity is 6mcd
- 20pF capacitance (typ) at VF = 0V, f = 1MHz, 2.5V (max) forward voltage at IF = 10mA
- Maximum reverse current is 10µA at VR = 5V
- Power dissipation is 75mW
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- Black case enhances contrast ratio, black housing enhances contrast ratio equipment
- Housing material meets UL94V-0, lens material meets UL94-HB
- Compatible with automatic placement equipment
