The AU1PD-M3/84A is a surface-mount ultra-fast Avalanche Rectifier with solderable matte tin-plated terminals. It is suitable for use in secondary rectification and free-wheeling for ultra-fast switching speeds of AC/AC and DC/DC converters in high temperature conditions.
