The MSP3V3-M3/89A is a TRANSZORB® surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode ideal for automated placement. It is used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET and signal lines of sensor units for protecting sensitive equipment against transient over-voltages.
