Product Overview
The VSMB2000X01 is a 940nm Infrared Emitting Diode in GaAlAs (DH) technology with high radiant power and high speed, moulded in clear. It is suitable for high pulse current operation and floor life of 4 weeks, MSL 2a, according to J-STD-020. It is suitable for use in IrDA compatible data transmission, miniature light barrier, photointerrupters, optical switch, control and drive circuits, shaft encoders.
