Product Overview
Wurth Electronics WE-FC series is a current compensated choke which has roughly twice the leakage inductance relative to comparable toroidal chokes. The effect on symmetrical interference increases without having to use an additional inductor. The WE-FC’s construction is made up with a multi-chamber coil body which reduces the parasitic parallel capacitance. This series also has a contained winding window which allows good control of the inductance and intra winding capacitance, this way the impedance curve of the component is really stable, also in the capacitive range, where it is most difficult to assure any typical value of the curve.
