Product Overview
The 82402305 is a high-performance TVS Diode Array includes surge rated diodes to protect data lines. It provides ESD protection for each line to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) ±15kV (air), ±8kV (contact), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) 35A (5/50ns) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 6A (8/20μs).
