Newark taps Paul Buckley for Key Product & Supplier Role

New appointment central to distributor's focus on design engineers
Newark, a business of global Premier Farnell plc and a leading distributor of electronic components in the Americas, announced today that Paul Buckley has joined its executive team as Senior Vice President, Product and Regional Supplier Management, effective July 31, 2007. This is a new position that reports to DeWight Wallace, President, Newark.
Mr. Buckley joins Newark with over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, serving in key positions at National Semiconductor and most recently, as Senior Vice President, Supplier Services Group, at Arrow Electronics.
