AD9609BCPZ-20

AD9609 is a monolithic, single channel 1.8V supply, 10-bit, 20MSPS, analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It features a high performance sample-and-hold circuit and on-chip voltage reference. The ADC contains several features designed to maximize flexibility and minimize system cost, such as programmable clock and data alignment and programmable digital test pattern generation. The available digital test patterns include built-in deterministic and pseudorandom patterns, along with custom user-defined test patterns entered via the serial port interface (SPI). It is widely used in application such as communications, diversity radio systems, multimode digital receivers, GSM, EDGE, W-CDMA, LTE, CDMA2000, WiMAX, TD-SCDMA, smart antenna systems, battery-powered instruments, handheld scope meters, portable medical imaging, ultrasound, radar/LIDAR, PET/SPECT imaging etc.

• Analog supply operation is 1.8V, output supply range is 1.8V to 3.3V
• Offset binary, gray code, or twos complement data format
• Signal to noise ratio is 61.7dBFS typ at (fIN = 9.7MHz)
• Spurious free dynamic range is 78dBc typ at (fIN = 9.7MHz)
• DC input is 45.2mW typ, built-in selectable digital test pattern generation
• Analog input bandwidth is 700MHz typ, data clock out with programmable clock and data alignment
• On-chip voltage reference and sample-and-hold circuit, energy-saving power-down modes
• Differential analog input is 2V p-p, integer 1-to-8 input clock divider
• Differential nonlinearity is ±0.15LSB max, operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
• Packaging style is 32-lead lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP]
