Product Information
Product Overview
LTC2292 is a 12bit low power dual channel A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. A single 3V supply allows low power operation. A separate output supply allows the outputs to drive 0.5V to 3.6V logic. An optional multiplexer allows both channels to share a digital output bus. A single-ended CLK input controls converter operation. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed for a wide range of clock duty cycles. It is widely used in application such as wireless and wired broadband communication, imaging systems, spectral analysis, portable instrumentation etc.
- Sampling frequency is 40MHz maximum
- Analog supply voltage is 2.7V to 3.4V
- Power dissipation is 235mW typical
- Signal-to-noise ratio is 71.4dB typical
- Spurious free dynamic range (4th harmonic or higher) is 90dB typical at (5MHz input)
- Crosstalk is -110dB typical, multiplexed or separate data bus
- Flexible input range is 1VP-P to 2VP-P, shutdown and nap modes
- Full power bandwidth is 575MHz typical, clock duty cycle stabilizer
- Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C
- Package style is 64-lead plastic QFN
