Product Overview
The MAX6150EUR+T is a low cost, low dropout, 3-terminal voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It is a low dropout, micropower, three terminal voltage reference that offers 5V output voltage. The low 200mV dropout makes this device ideal for 3V and 5V systems. Unlike two-terminal references that waste battery current and require an external resistor, the supply current is virtually independent of input voltage variations which translate to longer battery life. Initial accuracy for this device is ±1%. The output temperature coefficient is typically 15ppm/°C and to be less than 50ppm/°C. Typical applications include 3V/5V systems, battery-powered systems, data acquisition systems and instrumentation and process control.
- Supply voltage range is 5.2V to 12.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Supply current is 80μA and independent of input voltage
- Stable for all capacitive loads up to 10nF
