Product Overview
The ATTINY4-TSHR is a 8-bit low-power CMOS Microcontroller based on the AVR® enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATtiny4/5/9/10 achieves throughputs close to 1 MIPS per MHz. This empowers system designer to optimize the device for power consumption versus processing speed. The high-performance low-power AVR RISC-based microcontroller combines 512 bytes ISP flash memory, 32B SRAM, 4 general purpose I/O lines, 16 general purpose working registers, a 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, internal and external interrupts, programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator, an internal calibrated oscillator and 4 software selectable power saving modes. The device operates between 1.8 to 5.5V.
