- Monolithic, step-down current-source driver
- ±2% Accuracy at full-scale reference and 65mohm RDS(ON) for each H-bridge MOSFET
- 100% duty cycle operation and up to 94% efficiency
- Selectable current polarity mode and programmable full-scale current
- Auto-disabled switching via Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) input detection
- 30KHz to 300KHz Configurable Switching Frequency (fSW)
- 20KHz to 100KHz PWM input for current regulation
- OCP, SCP, OVP, OTP and open-load protection
