The Multicomp Pro MP001976 is a LAN cable multifunction tester, featuring the ability to test UTP, STP and coaxial cables.
- Identifies and locates the distance to an open or short circuit
- Can check UTP and STP (Cat 5E, Cat6, Cat6A) and coaxial cables
- Uses TDR to measure the length and distance to the defective of a cable
- Identification of wiring and pin assignment
- LCD backlight display
- Low battery indication
- Check coax type 5, 5a, 6 twisted cord network and trouble
- Check cable sequence
- Find the determined open circuit, short circuit, jumper, crossfire or split pairs
- Service line test and no external adaptor is required
- Determine continuity and wiring pattern
- Device dimension is 195 x 90 x 40mm (L x H x D)
