Product Overview
BC55-16PA,115 is a NPN medium power transistor. It is used in applications such as linear voltage regulators, power management, low-side switches, MOSFET drivers, battery-driven devices, amplifiers.
- High current, three current gain selections, AEC-Q101 qualified
- Exposed heatsink for excellent thermal and electrical conductivity
- Collector-base breakdown voltage is 60V minimum at (IC = 100µA; IE = 0; Tamb = 25°C)
- Collector-emitter breakdown voltage is 60V minimum at (IC = 2µA; IB = 0A; Tamb = 25°C)
- Emitter-base breakdown voltage is 5V minimum at (IC = 0A; IE = 100µA)
