MK66FX1M0VLQ18 is a Kinetis K66 180MHz ARM® Cortex®-M4F microcontroller. It maintains hardware and software compatibility with the existing Kinetis family. The Kinetis® K66 180MHz IEEE® 1588 Ethernet MCU is built on the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and is optimized for applications requiring large memory densities and low-power processing efficiency. This family offers high-speed USB with integrated HS USB physical transceiver, SDRAM controller, full speed crystal-less USB support, as well as shares the comprehensive enablement and scalability of the Kinetis portfolio.
- Crossbar switch enables concurrent multi-leader bus accesses, increasing bus bandwidth
- Full memory and analog operation down to 1.71volts for extended battery life
- Low-power timer for continuous system operation in reduced power state
- Two high-speed, 16bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with configurable resolution
- 16bit low power timer, as well as four 32bit periodic interrupt timers
- Carrier modulator timer for infrared waveform generation in remote control applications
- One Low Power UART (LPUART), along with five standard UARTs with ISO7816 smart card support
- Two CAN modules for industrial network bridging, three SPI and four I2C
- System security with hardware encryption, random number generator and real-time clock
- 1.25MB flash, 256KB SRAM, LQFP144 package, -40 to 105°C ambient temperature range
