Product Overview
The LM2901NG is a single supply quad comparator in 14 pin DIP package. It has low output saturation voltage of 130mV at 4mA. This comparator is designed for use in level detection, low level sensing and memory applications. ESD clamps on the inputs increase reliability without affecting device operation.
- Single supply operation from 3V to 36V
- Split supply operation from ±1.5V to ±18V
- Low input bias current of 25nA
- Low input offset current of ±5nA
- Low input offset voltage of ±2V
- Input common mode voltage range to GND
- TTL and CMOS compatible
- Supply current of 0.8mA at RL = ∞ and voltage gain of 100 at RL ≥ 15Kohm, VCC = 15Vdc
- Response time of 1.3µs at VRL = 5Vdc, RL = 5.1Kohm
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
