BI8-M18-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive sensor with increased switching distance. It detects metal objects contactless and wear-free. For this, it uses a high-frequency electromagnetic AC field that interacts with the target. Inductive sensor generates this field via an RLC circuit with a ferrite coil.
- 52mm dimension, M18 x 1 threaded barrel, Metal, CuZn, chrome-plated housing
- 3-wire, NO contact, PNP output, M12 x 1 male connector electrical connection
- 8mm rated switching distance, flush mounting conditions, ≤ (0.81 × Sn)mm secured operating distance
- ≤ 2% of full scale repeat accuracy, ≤ ±10% temperature drift
- 10 to 30VDC operating voltage range
- ≤ 200mA DC rated operational current
- 0.5KV isolation test voltage, 0.5KHz switching frequency
- Short-circuit protection (Cyclic), wire breakage/reverse polarity protection
- IP67 protection class
- Ambient temperature range from -25 to +70°C
