Product Overview
LT1034-1.2 is a micropower, precision 1.2V reference combined with a 7V auxiliary reference. Operating on only 20µA, it offers guaranteed drift, low temperature cycling hysteresis and good long-term stability. The low dynamic impedance makes the device easy to use from unregulated supplies. The 7V reference is a subsurface zener device for less demanding applications. It is widely used in applications such as portable meters, precision regulators, calibrators etc.

- Minimum operating current is 10µA typ at (TA = 25°C)
- Temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typ at (IR = 100µA, TA = 25°C)
- Reverse dynamic impedance is 0.25 ohm typ at (IR = 100µA, TA = 25°C)
- Low frequency noise is 4µVP-P typ at (IR = 100µA, 0.1Hz ≤ F ≤ 10Hz)
- Long-term stability is 20ppm/√khrs typ at (IR = 100µA, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Package style is 3-lead plastic TO-92
